This Saturday, the Muslim Center will become the temporary home of over 300 artifacts of Black History in the United States. The collection is a part of the Black History 101 Mobile Museum, a traveling exhibition founded by Khalid El-Hakim. El-Hakim is also the author of Drum Majors for Justice, a book of quotes by leading inspirational figures.
Dinner and a lively discussion on the exhibit will begin at 6pm ($10).
The exhibit will be open for viewing from 12noon.
